Terms of Reference

To raise general awareness of gender discrimination.
To provide information on all forms of gender discrimination and how to prevent it.
To look into specific cases of discrimination brought to the attention of the Committee by any member of the campus community, having proper respect and regard for the rights and sensibilities of all parties involved.

Membership

Chair:	Vice-President for Administration & Business
Members:	Two faculty members nominated by Provost
	Three students nominated by the Students' Union
Co-opted Members:	One staff member nominated by Human Resources Office
	One staff member nominated by Public Affairs Office
Member and Secretary:	Nominated by the Dean of Students' Office
(Term: For student members, one year renewable)
